All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of cleared payment (often sooner). Within the United States, all art and horology ads and magazine articles/clippings are shipped via first class mail. Books are shipped via media mail (book rate). First class domestic mail typically arrives within 5 business days from date or shipment. Books can take from 7 - 14 days to arrive. For international shipments: all art and horology ads and magazine articles/clippings are shipped via first class air mail, which averages a 10-14 delivery time to Canada and 10-28 delivery time to most other international locations. (Some items may arrive more quickly or slowly, depending upon the speed of the postal service and custom's.) For international shipments: Custom's fees, taxes, duties, and other fees may be due on international shipments and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you require other shipping options, such as priority mail or special handling, please feel free to contact us to discuss cost.
No, unless we've made an error in the listing, items may not be returned. (While it doesn't happen often, if we've made a mistake, don't worry - we'll work with you to make it right.) Items are sold as is/as described. If you're not sure about something or have questions, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
